For this unit, you will apply the knowledge you learned in the Basic MS Word Module to create an informational, educational, promotional, or motivational booklet to serve the needs of your lesson plan / teaching. Your task is to use MS Word's booklet feature to create an instructional material in the booklet format. You will learn how to set up a document in booklet format. You will also utilize the "Table of Contents" function to organize the contents in your booklet.

Purpose: To utilize MS Publisher software to create a large size poster as an instructional material of your lesson plan.

Process: Individually, you will identify contents and create an instructional poster as one of your lesson plan's instructional materials.

Important: A complete individual poster must:

  • tell a captivating educational, promotional, or informational story as part of your lesson plan
  • be sized at the final size (recommended 34x44, 36x46, or 36x48, can be in either PORTRAIT or LANDSCAPE )
  • follow guidelines / suggestions for types of fonts and sizes below

  • contain, in addition to text information, all of the following visual / graphic representations

Process: Collaboratively, you and your team members will identify contents and create a large-size instructional/promotional/organizational poster as part of your thematic unit / organization.

Important: A complete collaborative booklet must:

  • tell a captivating educational, promotional, or informational story as part of your thematic unit or organization
  • be sized at the final size (recommended 34x44, 36x46, or 36x48, can be in either PORTRAIT or LANDSCAPE )
