Reflection

Before I took this class, I have understood that instructional design is to create programs for improving educational program. Since I have been taking the instructional design class, I have learned a lot from this class about the significances of instructional design in creation of educational program, developing programs, enhancing quality of learning and teaching processes, etc. Moreover, I have learned about the model and activities that instructional designers or teachers may engage in as they are planning the instructional activities.

I have learned a lot from this class about concepts, skills and procedures regarding the instructional design process and models. I believed that this class enabled me to design an effective educational and training program to provide an effective teaching and learning.
